Expand Kitchen & Home was created to share recipes, memories and experiences. I also wanted to make sure all of our family recipes are passed along to the next generation.

Over the years it’s been so fun learning how to cook and bake, and we found that it can be super easy to use simple and fresh ingredients.

Meals and entertaining should be low stress and more about the people who spend time at the table. Most of the recipes are very adaptable. Once you learn how to make a recipe, change out the ingredients to suit your style and taste preferences. I hope that the recipes here inspire you to try cooking and baking in a new way.
