To make the Espresso Overnight Oatmeal, combine the oats, milk, espresso powder, spice, and yogurt together. Add the honey and vanilla and stir well to combine. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup of chocolate or espresso flavored milk, such as Slate
  • 1 teaspoon of espresso powder
  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg or cinnamon
  • 2 6oz.containers of full fat coffee, chocolate or vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • ½ cup plus a teaspoon, reserved, nuts
  • ¼ cup plus a teaspoon, reserved, mini chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, espresso powder, spice, and yogurt together. Add the honey and vanilla and stir well to combine. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Top with reserved nuts and chocolate chips.
